Sincere Gratitude for Essential School Supplies Program – 2022

It is with extreme gratitude we wish to inform you that Api Foundation in collaboration with the Foundation of Goodness was able to successfully complete the Annual Essential School Supplies Program for 2022 owing to your compassion towards humanity. Thanks to your charitable efforts we were able to raise Rs. 3.124 million by the team of API FOUNDATION which helped us to donate 781 packs of essential school supplies to the most deserving kids around the country. In the 2nd year of our journey, due to the unwavering commitment, we managed to increase the number of packs from 580 to 781 this year, supporting more children in need. Each essential pack consists of books, stationery, a coupon for a pair of shoes, a bag, and material for school uniforms.

Api foundation in collaboration with FOG. FOG expects to collect funds for 5000 packs and Api Foundation to support at least 10% of that (500 packs).
Research report
- Many families are facing financial hardships from loss or reduction of income due to pandemic. As parents are struggling to fund day to day needs, they find it extremely difficult to fund schooling needs of their children as the price of stationery and schooling equipment are on a rising. With the aim of supporting students to continue their education and easing the financial burden on parents, Api Foundation will be supporting FOG is School Essential project.
- In 2020, FOG distributed 4,290 packs and Api Foundation raised funds to sponsor 546 packs out of that (Rs. 2Mn).
Objective
- A continuation from last year. The objective is to provide school essentials for underprivileged children to support to continue with their school education
Project Means
- Supporting FOG by collecting funds to provide a minimum of 500 packs

  - Drawing book
  - Box of coloured pencils
  - Box of crayons
  - Eraser, ruler, pencil, pen
  - Lunch box
  - Water bottle
  - Pencil case
  - Fabric for school uniform
